SHIPPING POLICY

• Free Shipping on all orders over the value of 1,499.
• We charge 199on all orders under the value of Rs.1,499.
• Orders placed by 04:00 evening(Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 04:00 pmwill be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 3 to 4 working days(No delivery on Sundays).

RETURN POLICY:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
• send/courier us the product at our Office address (will be provided).
• Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.
• Delivery charges will not be refundable

2.How will I get My refund?

There are two options for refund:

Cash Back

• What’s Coupon Code?

You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

• What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy Pasa.
